What types of integration are possible?

Depending on the device, Lucullus® can support different integration levels:

Monitoring
Lucullus® can collect process values, analytical results, status information, and other relevant data from connected devices.

Monitoring and control
For many systems, Lucullus® can not only acquire data but also send commands, adjust setpoints, control process parameters, trigger actions, and support automated workflows.

Auto import
For selected analytical devices, Lucullus® can automatically import result files or measurement data generated by external software or instruments.

Supported connection types

Lucullus® supports a broad range of industrial and laboratory communication methods. Depending on the device and configuration, integrations may use:

  • OPC-UA, OPC-DA, OPC-AE, OPC-XML
  • Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus RTU
  • Serial communication
  • LAN/TCP-IP
  • File sharing
  • SQL/ODBC
  • F-code
  • Common Industrial Protocol
  • USB-based communication
